Honey 974 mg, water, Iceland moss (Cetraria islandica) thallus 100 mg, bulking agent (maltodextrin), flavoring (lemon), ginger (Zingiber officinale) root extract 2.7 mg.

Daily intake

4 sprays up to 5 times per day. Shake well before use.
