Shipping policy

🚚 Shipping: We’ll get started on your order straight away. You’ll receive an email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Delivery available within Belgium only: Free delivery on orders over €75.

⏱️ Delivery : Within 2 to 3 working days (barring any delays on the part of our carriers). You can track your parcel using the Track & Trace code that you will receive by email.

📦 Collection: 
Would you prefer not to have your order delivered to your home?
You can collect your order by appointment from our address (Oude Molenstraat 94, 9100 Sint-Niklaas).

Were you not at home at the time of delivery? With the delivery notification in your inbox, you can collect the parcel from your post office or collection point.
If a parcel could not be delivered due to incorrect address details or because it was not collected in time from the post office or collection point, the parcel will be automatically returned to us after 14 days. In such cases, we can resend the parcel to you provided that the customer pays the additional delivery costs.

International shipments
This is not possible; we only deliver parcels within Belgium.
