MCT oil, vitamin K2 (menaquinone) 9 mcg (12%*), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 200 IU or 5 mcg (100%*).

Daily intake

Children over 3 years of age : max. 2 drops daily with a meal.
Adults : 10 drops daily with a meal (maximum up to 15 drops per day).
