Ingredients per capsule:
Lactoferrin (from milk) 200 mg, maltodextrin, capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide), zinc (zinc L-pidolate) 5 mg (50%*), corn syrup, thickening agent (gum arabic), MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides), antioxidants (sodium ascorbate and alpha-tocopherol), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 5 mcg (100%*).

1 capsule a day, preferably between meals.
