Ingredients per capsule:
Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), live bacteria 25 billion CFU* (Lactobacillus plantarum (10.75 billion), Lactobacillus acidophilus (6.36 billion), Bifidobacterium lactis (2.92 billion), Lactobacillus paracasei (1.88 billion), Lactobacillus rhamnosus (1.46 billion), Lactobacillus crispatus (0.52 billion), Lactobacillus gasseri (0.5 billion), Lactobacillus brevis (0.32 billion), Lactobacillus reuteri (0.29 billion), Bifidobacterium longum (0.001 billion)), capsule (hypromellose).
*CFU = Colony Forming Units = lactic acid bacteria at the time of production.

Take 1 capsule daily with or without a meal. The capsules can be opened in case of swallowing problems. The contents can be mixed with food.
