Weeks 1–3: PuriVal Plus
The recommended daily dose is 10 ml per day, diluted in a full glass of water (250 ml). Best taken in the morning on an empty stomach.

Weeks 4–7: Livatox
1 capsule twice daily, preferably before meals.

Weeks 8–15: SilyPhyt
1 to 2 capsules per day.
