Ingredients per capsule:
Amla (Phyllanthus emblica L.) fruit extract 500 mg standardized at ≥35% polyphenols, ≥7% triterpenoids, ≥5% alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), capsule (coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) and carrot concentrate (Daucus carota)), Lingzhi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) extract 75 mg standardized to ≥50% total polysaccharides and ≥25% 1,3-1,6-beta-glucans, artichoke (Cynara scolymus) leaf extract 75 mg standardized to ≥2% lutein-7 -glucoside and derivatives and ≥10% chlorogenic acid and derivatives, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids), olive extract (Olea europaea) 25 mg standardized at ≥20% hydroxytyrosol.

1 to 2 capsules daily.
